Technology Teacher - I taught computer skills to a total
of 137 students in ages ranging from 5 through 12 years. In addition to
curriculum development, I was responsible for presenting materials in an
understanding format to reach students with varying levels of comprehension.
The one to two week programs enhance student’s technology skills, history of
computers, inventions and animation using Pivot and Scratch programs. My
responsibilities include grading students through the school’s progress report
system. Central Mass. Visitors Bureau - January-May 2009 Graphic Design Intern - Created a coloring book to distribute at trade shows. The coloring book consisted of 24 black & white and 4 color pages with illustrated front and back covers. Created the entire brochure, save the date cards, web presence and banner for their 2009 golf tournament. Worked with many multiple deadlines. All with more then one supervisor. Boston Children’s Museum - March 2007-August 2008 Monitored exhibits, answered questions and coordinated special activities. Admitted new patrons and operated cash registrar. Maintained a high standard of quality for every visitor. |
